- We currently have some issues with the ‘SIMS Parent App’. These are under investigation with Capita.
- You may notice that the number of conduct points (achievements and behaviour) is the count of events rather than the sum of the points awarded, apparently this is by ‘design’ but we have lodged requests for this to be altered and also for the lesson information to be displayed so that you can see where the award or behaviour point arose.
- The source data on the school database is correct, this is a display problem within the ‘Parent App’.
- We are also aware that on occasion the SIMS Parent App will report that an account you have used to access it ‘is no longer linked with SIMS Parent App‘. This appears to be a transient authentication error between one or more of Capita, Microsoft and your account provider. This error should clear without intervention within few hours.
