I’ve received a parent code to enrol for an account. What next?
Now that you have your invitation for the SIMS Parent app it’s now time to create your account. The enrolment process for SIMS Parent App is a two step process:
STEP ONE – Register for an account
You will have received a personal invite with an activation link which will also contain your unique activation code. This is sent via email to the email address registered to your parental contact details. In order to register with the SIMS Parent App you will need to create a new account using one of the seven avaliable options listed below:
- Apple or Google account
- Microsoft (Hotmail, Outlook.com)
- Office 365
By using one of the above options as a method for sign in it allows convenience so that you don’t have to remember another set of user names and passwords. Remember though, if the account you have linked to SIMS Parent App is ever compromised, to ensure the safety of your data you must take action to secure your account by following the advice and instructions of your account provider.
It is advised that you use a personal account and not a work account to create a SIMS parent account.

STEP TWO – Download the software
Once you have registered your account you will then be able to sign in via one of the following:
- Download and install the Application on your smartphone or tablet
- Visit the website on a web browser on a personal computer via the following link https://www.sims-parent.co.uk
