Can I set up my school e-mail on a smartphone or tablet?
Yes you can, but please follow the information below before attempting to set your e-mail up on your tablet or smartphone. You may need an adult to help you with this, if you are not sure ask.
There are several benefits to having your e-mail on your smartphone or tablet. These include:
- Being able to get in contact with your Teachers.
- Getting reminders on your device pop up before a lesson is due to take place on Microsoft Teams.
There are however a few steps (three in total) that you will have to do to get your school e-mail on your mobile device working.
Set up a pin code, lock screen patter or password on your mobile device.
Before you can configure mail on your device using the Microsoft Outlook App you will need to set up a personal pin code / lock screen pattern or password on your mobile device. If you have already done this please move to step two, otherwise please consult the following reference material:
