You should regularly check the data we hold on you and your child(ren) so that we are able to contact you if necessary and that we have the most accurate information.
If you have access to the ‘SIMS Parent App’ (available for Apple iOS or Android) or the equivalent SIMS Parent web site, available for most modern computer web browsers, you can carry out this check at any time and update our system with any changes. Once you submit new or updated information, we review it and then authorise the update to be applied.
If you haven’t done this recently we would urge you to do so as soon as possible. If you don’t have an account to access the ‘SIMS Parent App’ or web site, then you can find all the details to apply for an account here.
Alternatively, you can download this form, print and complete and return it school as soon as possible to update your details.
Whichever method you choose to use, it is important that you notify us of any changes to your family details as soon as practicable, and you should review the data we hold at least twice a year. Using the ‘SIMS Parent App’ is by far the most convenient and efficient way of doing this.
Please also note, if the e-mail address you have registered with us is one set up with your internet / broadband supplier and you change supplier, your e-mail address may cease to be active when the change becomes effective. You will need to notify us of your new or an alternate e-mail address which is not linked to your broadband provider as soon as possible. For confidentiality issues we do not recommend using your work e-mail address as this may be monitored by your employer.
