• Agenda’s, minutes and other similar documents will be lodged here for both current and archival reference.

• Messages will be sent to trustees to advise of new content which will require their attention.  Links to the appropriate page will be provided.

• The content will be be fixed (like a normal website) and only available to be read from or retrieved.

• Documents* will be in the form of a PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

• Trustees are reminded that much of the information is confidential and should be handled with discretion and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

*Where confidential information is downloaded to your personal computer, tablet or Smartphone, you should ensure that the system security options are enabled, that encryption is applied to the storage used by the computer or device and that Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware software is used as appropriate and kept up to-date.
