If you require an acknowledgement, please ask for one in your message, as automatic receipts are not honoured by our e-Mail server for security reasons.
Remember that most e-Mail systems have a restriction on the total size of attachments in any one message. Whilst we allow file sizes up to 50mb in total per message, your own provider may place a much lower limit and your message could be rejected without even reaching our server.
