Dear Parent/Carer,
We would like to invite you to our Progress Review Evening on 13th November 2023. This is the first of our parental engagement events this year. The evening will be conducted remotely using the internet-based booking system, School Cloud Online. You can access the system from any internet connected device and your appointment will take place via a video conferencing link. Progress Review Evening provides an opportunity for you to discuss your child’s progress since September with their form tutor. This event will be followed up with face-to-face parents’ evenings later in the academic year.
Appointment slots will be available between 2:15pm and 9pm. Individual staff availability will be made available to you through the link provided. Appointments will last for 5 minutes. It is advised that you are online and ready for your appointment a few minutes before the allotted time. At the end of the allocated time slot, the appointment will end. As the appointments are time limited, we would also advise that if you have any specific questions, you prepare these beforehand.
You will be able to book appointments from Friday 3rd November at 5pm.
The closing date for booking appointments will be Sunday 12th November at 8pm.
