Learning Coach (Reading Intervention)

Salary: Grade 4 – £19,650- £20,852 (pro rata approx. £8,116 – £8,613) 
Hours: 18.75 hours per week over three days– term-time only 

Start date: Required for September 2022

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Coach to join our Core team of Learning Coach/Teaching Assistants. The role will have a specific focus on literacy intervention with small groups of students. The role is for one year in the first instance and is funded by the National Tutoring Programme. 

The successful candidate will need to have experience of working with or caring for children and must have good Numeracy and Literacy skills. 

This post may suit a graduate who is keen to develop an extensive and immersive school experience and who may be interested in training to teach with us at a later date. There are a number of teacher training options that we can support. The post may also be suitable for an experienced teacher wanting to step aside from the classroom or a recently retired teacher.
